Implement accessible keyboard navigation on the customer widget

As it stands right now, LiveZilla customer widget is not at all accessible via keyboard and it does not work with screen readers. Some minimal support for WCAG 2.x would be great.

My organisation is about to purchase an unlimited license and we have very strict accessibility requirements. Internally I was successful in modifying the source code to make basic functionality accessible, such as keyboard navigation and "aria-live" regions to announce what is happening but this would mean maintaining a patch on top of every new LiveZilla update.

Hopefully this could come out of the box.
