Comments for visitors

Add the possibility to add comments for each visitor (in chat or not)

A way to add notes for chats - so if the visitor comes back (as many do) the operator can instantly view any notes other operators may have taken.

The visitor have an unique "id", i like append to record of visitors a comment or another information.
