Retrieve customer demographics and previous ticket

It would be nice to have some custom URLs that can be called with the parameters received from the end user.These should then be opened within the main window at locations defined in the admin setup.

This can then be used to hook into CRM or a similar such system to get demographic data of the customer. Also with the ID of the customer there should be a standard lookup to get all previous tickets of this customer.
