Chat Log Reference Numbers

Implement a reference number system that would basically generate a reference number and display it to the visitor upon accepting the chat. I think this would be a great idea because you'd easily be able to find old chat logs for previous issues by simply using the reference number supplied by the visitor from the previous chat.
