Separate Skills and Departments

I am using LiveZilla to contact the clients. At the same time I have another software that I use for internal communication between employees. I would like to see each agent to be part of only one department with multiple skills. This will help so that one agent will be listed only once and not on every group he is listed on.

For example I have Sales english/french etc. One agent who speaks both languages is a member of both departments. I want Sales as one department and add English and French as skill. On the Code Generator for buttons I can still choose a department with a skill so that French Customers can contact agents on Sales with French skill.

This, along with an internal logging system can replace in-house chat messengers.
