Control Pictures/Fonts from Admin

We would like to be able to add pictures for reps from the Admin Users area and prevent reps from changing their picture in the client. We would also like to be able to set a standard font and color and set whether reps can change that. We want a consistent look and feel that fits our brand, rather than wildly varying looks set by reps for fun.
