Feedback form: comment type optional

The start rating feedback fields are optional . If the user doesn't have an opinion on a 1-5 star rating for something, they can skip it but still complete feedback. If a comment type (free text) input is included, something must be entered in order to submit the field. I'd like to see this made optional as well. Some people will want to leave lengthy comments, but others will just want to do the 1-5 star and move on . Forcing them to enter comments, makes them less likely to complete the form, or to just but in garbage text.
