API to extract Chat Transcripts (ideal for CRMs)

A stronger API with more functions like extraction of Chat Transcripts, finding chats related to particular emails etc. This functionality will be perfect for integration of LZ with the likes of SugarCRM.

It would be awesome if LiveZilla could connect to an active directory host and let the administrator choose usergroups which then fetches the users for the groups. Maybe even through windows authentication connect the user without the need to log...

Add internal users chat log

I'd like to read all chat logs between internal users. A problem by internal chat happened in a client and this log would be a great help to discover the reason.

Chat Log Reference Numbers

Implement a reference number system that would basically generate a reference number and display it to the visitor upon accepting the chat. I think this would be a great idea because you'd easily be able to find old chat logs for previous issues...
